Talked the entire flight took out his phone and showed me all of his pictures. Video chatted his entire family while on the flight and didn’t bother to use the headphones he brought with him. So the entire flight go to hear his mother call him 15 times throughout the flight asking why he wasn’t taking a nap. It was honestly ridiculous. I put headphones in my ears and the guy still continued to talk to me. I tried to close my eyes and pretend to sleep that didn’t work. I had to keep running to the bathroom to just stand in there for some peace and quiet."

She proceeded to laugh for the next 20 minutes repeating that the woman was helpless. I was disgusted by the flight attendant's behavior and attitude."

If company budget is more important than customer service perhaps re-evaluating your company model needs to be in consideration."

I just put on my headphones. I understand this happens and sympathize with the parents. However, they allowed this child to constantly kick my seat through the flight which was annoying and unfortunate. There were empty seats in front of me but I didn't want to offend anyone by asking to move. :("

This was also the second time that I had an underwhelming experience overall flying Jetblue so that added to the disappointment."

So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?"

I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed just as we were about to board at 5:30. There was a mechanical problem and we were changed to another plane and another gate, which was supposed to take off at 6:30. It was boarded and ready to go around 7:00. Then....we taxied down the runway only to stop because of a situation on THIS plane (a light that did not go off). It was fixed pretty quickly and meanwhile a rep. from Delta boarded the plane, apologizing for our inconvenience and handed out Jolly Ranchers. REALLY? After that, she and the flight attendants did give us a free drink/headset coupon. That would have been nice but it expires Dec. 2017 and the flight attendant stopped serving drinks about half way down the aisle because the flight was so short. The coupon will be of no use to me. I finally got to Raleigh about 9:30...I booked the flight so I wouldn't have to drive at night.. Sigh....Delta used to be my favorite airline."

Cons: "Gate changed in the last minute and non-English speaking wheeler chair customer (my 89 years old mother) was left at the old gate by their wheeler chair services and no agent at the gate knew about her. Both round trip flights! This is totally NOT acceptable. She could have been lost and with no ability to help herself and miss the flights. It was lucky that she found Chinese speaking customers to help her."

This was compounded by sitting next to a man so large that part of my space was taken, and this was Delta Comfort. Ground assistance (wheel chair) left me with a badly bruised left big toe and I didn't think we'd ever get through the TSA. The pat-down I received was more like a sexual assault and I didn't even get a happy ending. We made it to RDU, so the exercise was a success, but it was a huge hassle."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for over 2 hours because of a reported maintenance issue with the aircraft but was originally delayed because of not having flight attendants available. When the flight attendants did finally arrive they all had an attitude of wishing to be anywhere but on this flight. The lead flight attendant even got into a verbal altercation with the gate agent demanding help getting people's bags into the overhead compartment because she was "injured" & not supposed to be at work. Pros: "Premium seating made a huge difference. Even though I am petite, I had a laptop, tablet and work that had to go under the seat in front of me, and I still had plenty of legroom."
Cons: "The seatback offered free streaming of AA entertainment on my tablet, but when I opened the browser and selected entertainment, the only option was to pay $9.95, so I just watched downloaded Netflix episodes. Plus the movies offered on AA streaming didn't look especially good."

Even though I have TSA pre-check I was jostled around, sent to multiple security lines without any reasoning and the local Chicago TSA and airport staff didn't seem to know what to do. Once it was figured out I was subjected to what was essentially a cavity search. Again I HAVE TSA-pre-check but apparently that means nothing if an airline flags you. It was an extremely upsetting experience but you were in a situation of either agree to the invasive search or get stranded over 1000 miles from home. I will NEVER fly Iberia again after a cancelled flight and being stranded in the wrong country on the way to my vacation and the horrible security experience on the way back. I seriously may never go to Chicago either after seeing the complete lack of organization and traumatizing personal invasion. I fly a lot for work and have never had such a horrible experience. I would really like to know how many terrorists are caught with these invasive searches and would love to know the justification for sticking your hands inside someone's pants and grabbing their privates after they have already gone through a metal detector AND the body scanner. Especially for someone who has already passed a federal background check to obtain pre-check status. Absolutely ridiculous."

Even the Flight crew was in disbelief on this one. I think we should all get reimbursed and triple miles for this snafu. Not weather or mechanical - just poorly managed time -- BY A MAJOR AIRLINE - INEXCUSABLE!"

This caused me to bend my 3.5mm headphone connection at one point while I was moving my leg, because the connection jack is located below thigh level. The temperature was unbearable, and could not be controlled by the flight crew. Dressed for winter weather and roasted for the entire flight. I actually was dehydrated when we landed because I was sweating for 7 hours crossing the ocean."

They said that seat or middle seat in row 29is only choice. I said we paid for upgrade. They said to ask for a refund at LAX when landing at midnight. Asked passenger in 4D when he got his seat assignment - SAME DAY as flight, paid nothing for upgrade. I signed up for frequent flier program two weeks ago. Will be cancelling when card is received."

Also, since it was next to bathroom, the smell wasn't great and the small child screaming while waiting to get into the bathroom wasn't pleasant."

I just kept walking away from this unqualified person lest it goes out of control. United needs to do a lot better. Just because these gate crew people feel stressed out, they should not take on innocent travelers. Instead of putting a customer under a defensive position, they need to learn to respect the customer. United is training their crew in a wrong way.."

I had seats together with my husband and then seats were removed, asked to see an agent when printed boarding pass and then got separate seats. You are a joke and do not respect the money we pay and prearranged seat assignments. United you are a terrible airline, please strive for better customer service. You charge a lot."

The gate people kept us updated and you had the feeling they were trying to get us to our destination. We left a couple hours late and had a very skillful landing into some pretty stiff winds but landed safely."

Cons: "For my first time flying alone along with my fear of flying, there was a power outage of some sort having to do with United Airlines, so we spent 40 extra minutes in the air doing circles. Before landing there was about 15 other planes waiting to reach their gates, but none were open because of lack of communication. We sat on the plane for an extra hour or so, with our seatbelts on, and moving no where. Just extra stress and frustration added to the flight."

I paid $330 for a FULL seat to myself, not so I could share the space with the people beside me because United allowed them to purchase 2 seats for 3 people. As a full-paying customer I shouldn't be the one to suffer because of it."

The plane should be boarded from the back to the front to prevent too much contact; this would also help the people seated in the aisle not to have to be continually rubbed up against and hit with bags and purses of the other hundred or so passengers that need to board their seats in the back of the plane. Board from the back to the front please. It just makes sense!"

Each bag you bring cost you unless you are active duty military. Active duty gets one checked bag for free but you have to take it to the ticket counter the day of the flight. A carry on will cost you. Pay before you get to the airport. Both flights I took were 30-45 minutes late due to the plane being cleaned. The luggage was also slow coming down. An airport employee told me that 2 other major airlines bump Frontier a lot when it comes to unloading luggage but I didn’t confirm that with Frontier."

What bothered me was how unprofessional cabin crew were. Our flight finally departed around 2:00 am. Naturally most of us passengers were tired and trying to sleep. The light was out and I was ready to sleep. Well I was sitting one of the last rows where all the crews “hang out” and talk INCREDIBLY loud about stuff far from work related. They were screaming and laughing, and the party lasted until 4:10 am when the noisiest guy finally walked to the front of airplane. What kind of person can keep talking so loud when 23:00 flight get delayed 3 hours and all the lights were out and every passenger is being quiet? How inconsiderate is that? How thoughtless is that? And most importantly how unprofessional is it to work like that? I really wanted to tell those people to shut up but I was sitting in the middle and didn’t want to bother other passengers. You know, even if I did talk to them, people like that probably wouldn’t understand what they were doing wrong and I would waste my time anyway. So in conclusion, NEVER FLY FRONTIER. I’d pay whatever to fly different airlines."

News flash Frontier... if you actually took off when you were supposed to and didn't make us spend two hours sitting on the hard floor of the airport, my baby wouldn't be crying with exhaustion. And guess what, babies cry sometimes. Being rude and stressing out the mother of that baby is not going to help the situation. After a few minutes he crashed and slept the entire flight. I will NEVER fly Frontier Airlines again."

But how is it possible that Frontier can scan my ticket and not notice that I'm about to board the wrong flight? How is it possible that their computer system didn't alert them that I was about to board a flight for which I did not have a ticket? It seems more likely that the person who scanned my ticket wasn't paying attention."

Cons: "Not the airlines fault, but a bird strike made them switch out our plane for another. Good idea, but the announcements kept saying we were 15-20 minutes away from boarding, but the same 15-20 minutes about three times in a row. We left about an hour late. I would prefer it if you were just straight with us the first time. "Ladies and Gentleman, it will be about an hour. Our new boarding time is XX. Be back here by then and we won't leave without you." Also, the desk crew should have asked the passengers to have a seat instead of standing and blocking the area. People were trying to get by and it was difficult. Also, on a completely different topic, healthier snack choices would be appreciated."

Cons: "Frontier managed to oversell both my flight out and all connecting flights to Orlando. After buying tickets several months in advance, I arrived at the airport to find both myself and several other passengers were unable to board because Frontier has sold more tickets than seats, likely counting on some passengers to not arrive. As a result, I could either by a new ticket at 8x the price I paid Frontier, or pay for a taxi and then drive 9 hours to Florida and 9 hours back. I ended up driving, and after several hours on the phone with Frontier managed to get a refund- solely for the original price of the tickets. They refused to offer any additional compensation. The moral of the story is that I paid a few hundred dollars to Frontier so that they could wildly disrupt my travel plans, cost me about 12 hours of my time, add in some surprise expenses, and reluctantly give me back my money and call us even. Next time I'll pay more for a ticket that has a solid chance of actually being worth something. Never again, Frontier."

Cons: "What Frontier doesn't tell you ahead of time is you have to pay for your seat and baggage both ways!!! This cost me an extra $82!!!! The seats weren't as comfortable as on a American flight either. I'll definitely use another airline next time!"
Cons: "crowded seats, no room for my knees, since the kids behind us had little room they were constantly kicking our seats and crying, the aisles were too narrow, the seats were uncomfortable, we did not understand that we had to pay an extra chg for our seats which should be part of the original charge (that's ridiculous!), had to pay an unbelievable extra chg for something to drink, and then if that wasn't bad enough, we had to wait for over an hour for our luggage! Never again will we book Frontier!"
Cons: "They delayed twice then cancelled only offered another flight that left two days later. would not transfer to another airline. I ask for a refund so I could go to another airline and they said I had to wait seven working days. All other airlines were twice as much. Airline would not do anything else but two offers 1 a flight two days later or a refund five days later."

Essentially, I plan to go ahead and pay a little extra for the basic comforts of travel and fly on a different airline next time I travel."

They offered me a flight to Raleigh to reach on Monday morning at 5 am and my return flight from Raleigh was at 5:30 am. They must be smoking some wrong stuff."

They offer a competitive price on a flight, but once booked they nickel and dime you until the price is higher than a better airline. They charge for seat choice on the whole plane, snacks and drinks, carry on and checked luggage, and there is no entertainment. Plus the seats felt like cardboard, and didn't recline. Definitely not a good choice for a red eye, or any flight over an hour long. Actually, no matter how short your flight is, you'll probably be more comfortable taking the bus. Two big thumbs down."

Pros: "I woke up to an email 31/2 hours before my daughters flight was suppose to leave Atlanta informing me that the flight was canceled. Called customer service where the man I spoke with was unable to or unwilling to tell me anything except that "yes it looks like the flight was canceled". His suggestion was to have my sister drive my daughter an hour and a half to the airport to see if there "might" be a flight available through another airline. Frontier did not have any flights going to or near RDU that day.Since my daughter had to be in Raliegh that day I spent the next 10 hours in the car going to get her. I did receive a refund but only because I requested one,otherwise they just don't refund automatically."

When checking her in the night before and picking a seat in coach my sister had to pay a "fee" for her seat, so an additional fee of $57 dollars for one bag and a seat.... Really?"
Cons: "I tried frontier for the first time and I will never make that mistake again. To be fair part of this is my responsibility, I should have done more research into exactly how much the extra fees were going to cost. After it was all said and done I spent more traveling with frontier than I would have with American or Delta. They charged for absolutely everything. Here is where they truly lost me as a potential return customer. They allow you a personal item as long as it fits under your seat but will charge you for a carry on. The personal item I had on my flight out to Denver did not cost me anything, however, the exact same item on my way out of Denver was now deemed a carry on item by the ticketing agent and cost me $45 to carry on. Not only was I being extorted but the attitude in which they were doing it was completely unacceptable. Had I known, I could have saved some money and paid on line for the carry on. Changing the rules of the game and providing me no remedy when I ask about the change in policy by responding, "I'm saying its a carry on" is why I will never fly frontier again. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on the front end because frontier will find a way to squeeze it out of you on the backend. And will expect you to smile and thank them for it."
