Here's a rhythm that's nearly foolproof, if you're fast enough:
1: Close right door
2: Bring up camera (Pirate Cove)
3: Lower camera/open right door/check light
4: Check left light
5: Check right light
Only close the left door if Bonnie is there. Click the light on and off a few times to encourage her to move away. If she doesn't move after two or three clicks, check the right light to make sure Chica isn't there. Whether he is or not, check the left again, and Bonnie should either be gone or will leave after a couple more clicks.
Do your very best to make sure both doors stay closed for as little time as possible, as that drains your power very quickly and may increase the odds of Freddy sneaking in.
Above all, remember to stay calm and don't panic if Foxy isn't in Pirate Cove. Once he leaves, he will rush you automatically if left alone long enough, but you should be checking on him once every 5-7 seconds. That gives you plenty of time to shut the left door before triggering Foxy.
It's probably worth making sure you can leave the right door open when dealing with Foxy. If Chica is at the door, repeat the Bonnie strategy. If he doesn't go away after a few clicks, you can go ahead and trigger Foxy as long as you don't hear Freddy laughing. If you do, well, you may just have to bite the bullet and risk it anyway.

Five Nights At Freddy's 1
Night 1: This is the first night on the job, thus the easiest. Most players are very nervous, but the way to win is to be the opposite. The only animatronic that should move is Bonnie ( The purple bunny) tonight. All you need to do is keep your camera on Bonnie. If you can't find him, check the light on the door to your left, and if he is staring at you through the window or door, quickly close the door and wait for him to leave. If you turn on the door light while the door is closed and see a shadow of a pair of ears, he is still there, if not, you can open your door. NOTE: Keep your eyes on the camera at least every 20 seconds or foxy will kill you.
Night 2: Now it is getting a bit harder. On this night, Chica (The yellow chicken), Bonnie, and foxy (The pirate fox) can come after you. Do the same strategy to avoid bonnie, and also do the same light trick on the other door to make sure chica doesn't get you. Foxy is one of the most dangerous animatronics. He runs down the hall at camera 2-A. If you are quick, you can avoid death by quickly closing the left door, but just try not to let him down your hallway at all. Keep your cams on Pirate Cove, AKA cam 1-C. After this night, it gets extreme
Night 3: Now you need skill to survive. This time, every animatronic is out for your booty. You do not need to keep your eye on the animatronics that much this time. Just check cams 4-B and 1-C. After every cam check, check the door lights before looking at the cameras again. If you see freddy peering up at the camera at cam 4-B AKA the east hall, Quickly close your right door and wait for him to leave before opening the door again. Make sure to conserve as much power as you can by only checking the cams for a few seconds at a time and only flash your light for a millisecond and listen for the noise that indicates that someone is out there. On this night, there is a rare chance of encountering a yellow version of freddy slumped down in your office. if this happens, quickly pull up your camera and he will disappear. WARNING: If you fail to put up the camera when Golden Freddy is in your office, his jumpscare will crash the game
Night 4: You are doing good if you are on night 4. Stick with the only check cam 1-C and 4-B strategy and always check the door lights before putting up your camera. Conserve power and watch out for foxy, he is very active tonight. Golden freddy does not appear on this night, phew. The animatronics will move a little faster and will be more aggressive. If you beat this night, you are on to your last day on the job...... maybe.
Night 5: Good job making it here. This night is extremely hard. stick with the strategies that we used for the other nights. All animatronics are extremely active on this night and your power runs out fast. Glance at the cameras for a very short amount of time and use your lights after every camera check. Watch for freddy and foxy and I wish you good luck. OH GOODIE! YOU BEAT THE GAME: wait...... NIGHT 6???!?!?!?!?!?!? FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Overtime (Night 6): This night is the hardest aside from 20/20 mode. CONSERVE POWER and only check on the two came I specified earlier. Only look at the cams for 2 seconds at a time and always check your door lights before looking back at the camera. Im just telling you, one does not simply beat this night on thou first try, so good luck.
Night 7 (WHY ARE THERE 7 NIGHTS?): Ok, this night you can create your own. You can change the difficulty of certain robots. if you put the numbers 1-5, easy, 5-13, med, and 14-20, extreme. There are different presets that I can not name because I CANT FIND THE FREAKING NAMES OF THEM ON THE WEB. Sorry about that. Well anyway, stick with our strategies and you might beat the game. Introduction: How to Beat Five Nights at Freddy's
So, you want to beat the first fnaf game? Then this is the instuctable for you! This strategy is great if your trying to beat the game quickly or your just fed up with playing it.
Step 1: Avoid Loosing Power
While this may be the most obvious step, it really is important to mention. DO NOT LOOK THROUGH THE OTHER CAMERAS. This is a rookie mistake. You don't need to look at any camera besides Pirates Cove. Checking the lights is good enough, which brings us to our next step.
Step 2: Check the Lights!
As you aren't looking through the cameras to find the animatronics, you must check the lights several times each. turn them on and off in quick successions, going back and forth. If you see an animatronic at a door, close it. Wait until Chica isn't in the window and you don't see Bonnie's shadow to open the door. If the light switch or the door does not work, then congrats! An animatronic is in your room and should jump scare you when you put down your camera. If you are at 5, then you have a small chance of surviving, just don't look at the camera, and hope Foxy doesn't come after you. If Freddy is in the room then continue as normal, as he will jump scare you whenever he wants (it is randomized, so you can survive a while with him in the room sometimes).
Step 3: Check Pirates Cove
After checking the lights and making sure no animatronics are there, you must check pirates cove. This is where foxy should be. Ideally, you want the curtain closed. If you see foxy in the camera or the curtain is closed you are okay. That's what you want. If foxy has left his curtain and you can hear loud thudding noises, you wan't to quickly exit the camera and close the left door. This is extremely important. You will hear a couple sharp metallic bangs on the door then silence. When it's quiet, check the light and open the door (unless Bonnie is there). Foxy should reset to pirates cove. You can continue as normal now.
Step 4: Audial Clues
The game has few clues to what animatronics are coming. These are mostly within the games audio and can help greatly when used. Listen very carefully to the ambiance and you can learn different things. (at this point, it helps to mute the phone calls).
Step 5: You Win!
And you have won! Collect your paycheck and never return to the forsaken pizza place again!

As soon as the game starts, place the camera on the stage so Freddy stays still a little while longer. After you hear the big goofy laugh he does, change the camera to his next step in his path. Even though the kitchen camera doesn't have a video feed, it still slows him down. When he makes it to your door, it will be around 3-4 AM with anywhere from 50%-60% power remaining if done properly. When he makes it to camera 4B, all is not lost for he will not attack you immediately if your door is open. If he's standing in the camera, wait for about 5% or until you feel its necessary. When you close the door, then that half of the map is dead and nothing will happen there for the rest of the night. If Spook Doors activate, Freddy will NOT kill you unless you get a bug, then its not my fault.
Let me explain. Foxy doesn't like being watched, which slows down how often he attacks. However, slowing him down doesn't benefit you because it will make him attack at inconvenient times. You'll know when he's on his way because he likes to make a lot of noise as he runs. Be ready to close his door after Spook Doors activate the second time. He is rather quick so always be right next to the button. After he bashes the door and leaves, open the door to check for Bonnie. If the rabbit is there, then close the door again. If not, then you're good. He will attack again around 3 AM, so be ready around then to SLAM that door down. If Chica is not at the other door, then always be listening for her footsteps. Always be prepared to press the button because Foxy could attack at any time.
Once he's past, you need to watch the doorway until you see his feet and belly, then you close the door. Now how are you gonna know when he's gone? Its not like he casts a shadow like in the original game. Well, if you peek around the corner of the window, you'll be able to see a small section of his hand.
When the small dot disappears, you are free to open the door.
Its rather hard to tell from the picture, but in-game you can see it much easier. once her shadowy figure vanishes from your sight, the door is safe again.
If Freddy is already at the door when Chica leaves, just leave the door closed.
This is where it becomes less direct instructions, and more reacting to your environment. Everything is sound based in this night, at least for this guide. Therefore always be listening For Freddy's laugh so you know when to change camera.
Footsteps on your right mean Chica is walking past your door. Don't flash the light at her and don't look directly at her as she passes. When she makes it past your door, the next footstep you hear on the right is her at your window. Lower the door immediately after hearing this. Spook Doors will NOT let her in, so DON'T press the door button trying to keep it closed.
Bonnie is mechanically identical to Chica. Arguably easier to see and hear in the hall than Chica is, but still very much the same mechanic wise.
If zero attention is payed to Foxy, he will not attack at the same time Spook Doors are active. Always be listening for Foxy's pitter patter as he is on his way.
Freddy will be at your door at around 3-4 AM. He will remain there for the entire rest of the night even if the camera doesn't show him. Once he makes it to your door, that door shall remain closed for the rest of the night and your camera is completely useless. Changing the camera drains power every time you switch, but not if you remain on one spot.
Now that that half of the map is dead, it becomes easier to maintain everything because you only need to hover your finger over the door button for when Foxy rushes you. Continue watching the floor outside the office for Bonnie's feet. See feet, close door. don't see Bonnie's hand out the window, open door. At 5 AM you should have anywhere from 20%-30% power, and the right door drain will leave you at 0%-10% when the night ends. If you hit 0% Foxy "shouldn't" be able to attack. If you get plunged into darkness, its time to pray that Freddy will be slow/nice because there is only about 5-10 seconds left in the night.
Spook Doors is supposed to activate both lights, (I think) but it only activates the left and that can cause the power to think the right light is on, draining power for no reason.
If Foxy attacks the door at the same time Bonnie is hanging about, Bonnie will turn invisible so you can't tell if he has left or not which has caused me to lose because I thought Bonnie was gone.
There was one instance where my right door was closed, and Freddy killed me even though i still had 1% power left.
If Freddy goes to your door while Chica is already there, just leave the door closed and forget about the right side from then on. You should still have enough power to win.
Not required, but definitely helped was having a friend to listen to sounds you might be to stressed to listen for. Example: Freddy's laugh, Bonnie's footsteps, Chica's footsteps
There is a game mechanic where you stick your head out into the hall to force Foxy to attack, therefore leading to better control of him. Not recommended for this strategy, but definitely viable. Have tested multiple times (7) with this strat, did not work.
When Bonnie/Chica start walking by your office, if you look at the upper half of them or flash the light and look at them, they will stop mid walk, and look into your office and begin attacking. Possible use for controlling them, but personally have not used it that way.
It may take time to get used to the strat, but once you do, this night becomes child's play.

Hello, dear traveler! Welcome to this wiki! I’m assuming since you’re here, you’d like to figure out how to beat the infamous night 5 in FNaF 1. Read along to finally conquer said night!
All you need is:
PC or another device
So, basically everything moves instantly as soon as the night starts. Bonnie or Chica should be gone in a matter of 5 seconds after it starts.
Now, don’t check your cameras to find Bonnie or Chica. With headphones, crank the volume to hear their footsteps. The louder they are, the closer the robots are vice versa. The only thing you should use to find them is your door lights. Use them quickly, get a quick glance.
Close your doors quickly if they are there. Don’t flip up your monitor, as your doors will break and they will kill you. You might make this mistake several times since you end up getting in a groove.
As for Freddy and Foxy, all you have to do is check up on them every 3-5 seconds. Simply flip up your monitor, get a quick glimpse, and close it. You’ll want to look at Freddy more frequently (3 seconds) and Foxy every 5-7 seconds. If you check on Foxy too much or too little, he will attack.
Bonnie starts at the show stage, and moves on the west side. That includes backstage, dining area, supply closet, west hall, west hall corner. There isn’t a specific pattern.
Chica starts at the show stage and moves on the east side. That includes dining area, restrooms, kitchen, east hall, east hall corner. There isn’t a specific pattern.
Freddy starts at the show stage. If not watched, he will move to the dining area, to the restrooms, to the kitchen, to the east hall, to the east hall corner. You can keep him in whatever room as long as you check him every 3 seconds.
Foxy starts in Pirate Cove, if watched too much or not enough, he will peek out of his curtains, then out of his cove, then down the west hall.
Listen for Bonnie and Chica’s footsteps.
Check door lights back and forth 3 times.
Check Freddy (every 3), check Foxy (every 5)
You will have to be quick and willing to have to try several times.
Use your power sparingly, do this by checking things very quickly. By certain times, you should have a certain percentage of power.
1 AM - 80%
2 AM - 67%ish
3 AM - 50%
4 AM - 20%
5 AM - 10%
You shouldn’t run out of power if you use this.

Night 5 is the final night in Five Nights at Freddy's. All the animatronics difficulty levels are at max and Foxy comes out more often, it is the hardest night in the game besides Night 6 and 7. Upon completion of Night 5, Mike Schmidt will receive his paycheck worth $120 for working the five nights.
When the player returns to the main menu, they will find a star added to it for beating Night 5, and the bonus Night 6 is unlocked and selectable, separate from the main game.
Use the same strategy for every other night, but be alert for Freddy. He can sneak into your office and you can close the doors while he's in the office, so you won't even notice. Check on Pirate Cove, Foxy will be active on this night.
When you play this night in Help Wanted, the battery depletes faster then usual. Also, something opens and closes your doors and turns your lights on and off at the beginning of the night, making you lose extra battery.
- The phone call for Night 5 is just a robotic voice speaking and then a scream.

Night 5 is the fifth playable night of Five Nights at Freddy's 2. As well as being the final night of the main storyline. This is one of the hardest nights in the game, as every animatronic is incredibly active. Upon completing Night 5, Jeremy Fitzgerald is awarded his paycheck of $100.50 for his work in the week.
Once the player returns to the main menu, they will find that a star has been awarded to them, and Night 6 is unlocked and selectable, separate from the main game.

Night 5 is the final night in Five Nights at Freddy's 3, in this night Springtrap will make quick work to get to you office and all the Phantoms appear more.
The player takes the role of a ghost child. The child goes up to the Safe Room. Arriving at the outside of the Safe Room, filled with the discarded pieces of all four main animatronics, the child enters the room. Once inside, they find four more crying children lining the exit, blocking the terrified William Afton from escaping. Also inside this room is an empty Spring Bonnie suit, lying against the right wall, and three arcade cabinets. The child chases William around the room until he finally grows bold enough to run to the suit, slipping inside and laughing triumphantly at the kids. However, moments later, the suit malfunctions, crushing William and slowly dropping him to the floor, dead in a pool of his own blood. The children disappear, and the minigame ends.
When the player completes this night, they unlock "Nightmare", the equivalent to Night 6, and they unlock access to "Extra", a feature accessible from the main menu. The player is also rewarded with the first star on the main menu screen.
The screen shown upon completing the night depicts an ominous picture of the original animatronics' heads laying on a flat surface. The exact picture differs depending on the endings; in the bad ending, the heads glow brightly, signifying that the animatronics are still haunted. This is not the case in the good ending, where the heads do not glow, implying that the children's souls have finally been put to rest. After getting the good ending, the player will be awarded another star on the main menu screen.

Night 5 is the final night in the storyline of Five Nights at Freddy's 4, in this night all the animatronics are replaced by Nightmare Fredbear. The breathing the other Nightmare animatronics make is replaced by laughter.
On the day of the party, the Crying Child is sounded by his Older Brother and his friends. They decided to put the Child in Fredbear's mouth, before his jaw snapped shut, causing the Bite of 83
Night 5 is the fifth and final canon night of Sister Location. It has two endings, the Real Ending and the Fake Ending.
During Night 5, the player will attempt to "fix" Circus Baby. In the elevator, HandUnit lets the player know that technicians may be on site, and that the player should ignore them. He will then offer the player a "delightful gift basket", but no matter what the player's preference, it will auto-correct to Exotic Butters.
As the player checks if the animatronics are on stage, the animatronics are replaced by the technicians who seem to be hanging from a noose.
In the Real Ending you go to the Parts and Service room which Circus Baby is in, she says something bad happened and that she needs to go to the Scooping Room, after putting in a code and pressing the green button Baby is off to the scooping room but can still talk to you through a chip, she tells you that Ballora is hunting you down but she manages to convince Ballora to move aside, after that you are in the scooping room and the animatronic fusion Ennard reveals itself, it says that the way it looks now it can’t leave the facility, but if she looked human than it could leave, it proceeds to scoop Eggs Benedict and take the place of his innards. In the Ending cutscene the silhouette of Eggs Benedict can be seen at home in the bathroom mirror; the eyes open, showing that they are purple animatronic eyes.
In the Fake Ending the same thing happens, Baby is in the Parts and Service, sending her to the scooping room, but instead of entering the scooping room you head into the Private Room, after which HandUnit will say that you will be rescued at 6am and then fired, however Ennard proceeds to hunt Eggs down. The player has to fend Ennard off from the left and right doors and front vent. As the player remains in the room, Ennard will speak to the player first starting with Circus Baby's voice, then changing to the voice of William Afton's daughter, pleading the player to let them in.
Watch Your 6, the music that plays in the Private Room.
Once 6AM has come Ennard will say "I will find a way out." Eggs heads home and watches the finale of The Immortal and the Restless, however at the end of the show Ennard reveals itself to have escaped the facility on its own and has crawled to Eggs' house.
- The Fake Ending is only achievable if the player has completed the Baby Minigame successfully, otherwise a female robotic voice will say "access denied" and Ennard jumpscares the player.
- Sister Location is the only game to have the canon game ended at Night 5.
