Except as explained below, FishUSA offers free or flat-rate shipping on all orders shipped within the 50 states of the United States. Shipping rates for all domestic services, including expedited services, are shown in the table below.

Free REEL Fast Curbside Pickup

FishUSA offers a safe, free and convenient way for our neighboring customers to place orders online and pick them up at the FishUSA Pro Shop. Most REEL Fast Curbside orders are ready for pickup within two hours of the time you place your order. You can’t beat that!

Customers who reside in Pennsylvania are able to place REEL Fast Curbside orders. The option to choose REEL Fast Curbside will automatically appear in your “shipping options” at checkout. A REEL Fast Curbside order can also be placed by our Customer Service Team by calling 800.922.1219.

When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification that you’re able to pick it up during regular Pro Shop Hours. All instructions for pickup will be included in this email.

Once the email notification has been sent, you will have five business days to pick up your order (or it will be cancelled).

Some items may not be available for immediate pickup. FishUSA reserves the right to cancel backordered items that are unavailable within seven days of the date you place your order.

To pick up your order, you will have two options:

1. Remain in your vehicle and use REEL Fast Curbside Pickup. Click HERE for additional details.

2. Pick your order up in the Pro Shop.

Free REEL Fast Standard Shipping

Currently we offer free REEL Fast Standard shipping on most domestic orders over $60.00. We will determine the shipping method for all REEL Fast Standard orders. Free REEL Fast Standard shipping applies only if the order total, exclusive of shipping charges and tax, is at least $60.01. Free REEL Fast Standard shipping applies only to the contiguous United States.

Our REEL Fast Standard shipping method may be from the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Typical delivery time for REEL Fast Standard shipping is up to 6 business day.

Light or small items are usually shipped United States Postal Service First Class mail or Priority mail, and heavier items are usually shipped by UPS Ground.

The following are exceptions to our free and flat-rate domestic ground shipping charges:

    • We reserve the right to decline to ship any order for our standard flat-rate shipping charges if the package is unusually large or heavy. If we decline to ship an order for our economy or standard shipping charge, we will contact you before we proceed with your order.
    • Kayaks are excluded from FREE Reel Fast Standard Shipping.
    • Certain products are charged an oversized shipping charge. These items are marked and the additional shipping charge will be noted.
    • Certain ice shelters can only be shipped by truck, and the shipping charge will will be quoted. These items are marked.
    • Certain products shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will be charged our actual shipping cost, rather than our standard flat-rate shipping charge. Currently the products shipped to Alaska or Hawaii which are charged actual shipping include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) ice augers; (b) downriggers; (c) ice huts / shelters; (d) waders; and (e) certain large or heavy items, or orders that must ship in multiple packages. If an order will be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii and if it contains an ice auger, downrigger, ice hut or shelter, waders or certain large or heavy items, the entire order will be charged actual shipping. Before we ship, we will quote the shipping charge and then await your approval by telephone or email.

Generally orders shipped to APO boxes and United States territories ship for our standard domestic shipping rates. However, if an item it too large or heavy or requires shipment in multiple packages, additional charges may apply. If additional charges do apply, before we ship your order we will email you with the additional shipping charges and request your approval of those charges.


REEL Fast Three Day, Two Day, and Next Day Domestic Shipping

FishUSA offers REEL Fast Three Day, REEL Fast Two Day and REEL Fast Next Day delivery of most domestic orders. We will select a delivery method that the carrier guarantees will deliver your order within the time window according to business days. Our shipping speed does not correspond to a specific carrier-branded shipping service. Delivery methods that we use, and that provide guaranteed delivery dates, include UPS Ground, UPS Expedited, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, and FedEx Expedited. Please note we may ship these orders by a method that requires a signature for delivery.

For REEL Fast Three Day delivery, our standard shipping charge is $9.99 for deliveries to the lower 48 states. This service is unavailable to Alaska and Hawaii.

For REEL Fast Two Day delivery, our standard shipping charge is $14.99 for deliveries to the lower 48 states, and $34.99 to Alaska and Hawaii.

For REEL Fast Next Day delivery, our standard shipping charge is $24.99 for deliveries to the lower 48 states, and $69.99 to Alaska and Hawaii.

The following additional terms and conditions apply to expedited domestic shipping:

  • Delivery dates are business days only and do not include Saturday, Sunday, holidays or dates on which UPS or FedEx does not pick up. For example, if you order on Monday morning with REEL Fast Two Day delivery, your order will arrive on Wednesday if no holiday intervenes. If you order on Thursday morning (Eastern Time) with Two Business Day delivery, your order will arrive on the following Monday, which is two working days after the order date.
  • Orders received after 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) may ship the next business day.
  • Guaranteed shipping dates are valid for in-stock items only. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you promptly.
  • A street address is required for both expedited shipping and for items that ship directly from the manufacturer. We cannot deliver expedited or drop ship orders to a post office box.
  • Certain large or heavy items (including but not limited to ice augers, nets, downriggers, kayaks, waders, ice huts and ice shelters) are subject to an oversized charge, or orders that must ship in multiple packages, will not ship for the expedited rates shown above. If an order contains an item that is too large or too heavy to ship for the expedited rates shown above, or if the order must ship in multiple packages, we will contact you promptly and advise you of the shipping charges and options available. In addition, certain items are too large to ship expedited. If an order contains an item that is too large to ship expedited, we will contact you promptly and advise you of the options available. Please contact us if you have any questions about an expedited order.
  • Certain promotional, free and incentive items that ship separate from an expedited order will be shipped Economy. FishUSA reserves the right to determine how promotional, free or incentive items will be shipped.
  • UPS, FedEx, and USPS will not deliver expedited orders to certain rural addresses.
  • Expedited shipping is not available for orders shipped to APO boxes and United States territories.
  • For prompt delivery of expedited orders, please ensure that someone will be available at your shipping location to receive your order. If your mailing address is a post office box, please also include a physical address, because UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box.
  • Please contact us if you have any questions regarding expedited shipment availability or delivery time frames.

Kayak Shipping Terms and Information

  • Kayaks are subject to a handling fee that will be shown in the cart at checkout.
  • An additional $250 shipping fee will apply to kayaks shipped to WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, NM, TX, UT, CO, WY, MT, ND, SD, or ID. Please call our Customer Service Team to place an order to these states.
  • Kayaks do not qualify for FREE Reel Fast Standard Shipping or expedited shipping.

Additional Shipping Terms and Information

  • The shipping rates set forth above are for shipments only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). For international orders, please see our International shipping terms.
  • Shipments to more than one address require shipping charges for each address.
  • Additional shipments associated with an order will be sent via REEL Fast Standard Shipping, regardless of the original shipping method selected.
  • Some orders may be shipped with a "signature required" or "adult signature required" notation at our discretion.
  • Effective December 16, 2019, FishUSA and all United States retailers are no longer permitted to ship any Shimano or G. Loomis products outside of the United States.

Shipping Times

We attempt to ship all in-stock orders that are placed on our website by 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the same day. All other in-stock orders should ship within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and days on which our carriers will not accept shipments).

Orders shipped REEL Fast Standard will usually ship within 24 hours. Generally, we ship by UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx SmartPost, U.S. Priority Mail, or U.S. First Class Mail.

If we are able to partial ship an incomplete order, we may ship the items separately at no additional cost to you. Subsequent shipments associated with an order will be sent via REEL Fast Standard Shipping, regardless of the original shipping method selected.

When we process your order for shipment, we will email you with your tracking number.

Typically, items shipped to the lower 48 states by USPS (United States Postal Service) arrive in up to 6 business days. Shipping times for UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery are provided on the shipping maps below.

Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 60 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 60 days of the shipment date.

You are responsible for any return shipping fees and/or package insurance.

The following exceptions to this policy apply: (a) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new; (b) items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged; (c) laundered (washed) garments cannot be returned or exchanged; (d) CDs, DVDs and VCR movies can be returned only if they are unopened and unused and the factory-seal and shrink-wrap is unbroken (unless the item is defective or damaged); (e) electronic devices, including flashers, cameras, and fish finders, once opened, cannot be returned and if defective or damaged must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

We do not require a "return authorization," but you may wish to contact us if you have any questions about a return or exchange. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.

Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice.

Damaged or Lost Items

    Sales Tax

    If your order contains items that are subject to sales tax in the state to which your order is shipped, and we are required to collect sales tax in that state, we will charge sales tax on those items. Sales tax may apply to shipping and handling charges.

    We do not not charge sales tax on gift cards. However, purchases made with gift cards may be subject to sales tax.


    Damaged or Lost Items

    Military & First Responder Discount Programs

    FishUSA is pleased to honor our United States veterans and first responders with a 10% discount on our store. The discount is available to all active military men and women, and veterans of all military branches (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard) and active or retired first responders (police, fire, and EMS). To qualify for the discount, you must have an account on our store, and we must be able to verify your eligibility.

    International Orders

    Payment methods accepted


    Canada

    For most orders shipped to Canada, we accept payment by credit card and PayPal. On certain orders to Canada, we may require payment by PayPal. If we do, we will promptly contact you.

    All Other Countries

    For orders shipped outside the United States or Canada, we accept payment by PayPal.

    As with all orders, we reserve the right to decline to ship any international order regardless of whether we obtain verification of the payment method.


    Shipment methods, tracking and delivery times

    For orders that are shipping outside the United States, we ship by UPS Worldwide Expedited, FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Economy, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS First-Class Package International.

    Not all international orders can ship by all of the methods we use. After you have added items to your cart, when you select your country, state, region or province, and postal code, the shipping methods that are typically available, and the cost of each method, will be shown. However, all countries have package size and weight limitations. Even though you may be able to select a particular method when placing your order, we may not be able to ship your order by the shipping method you selected. If your order cannot ship to your location by the method you selected, we will contact you and advise you what shipping methods, if any, are available and the cost to ship by those methods.

    If a tracking number is available for your order, we will provide that tracking number to you when your order ships.

    Approximate delivery times for the shipping methods we use are as follows:

    • UPS/FedEx International Shipping*: 3 – 6 business days(Up to 20 days or longer)
    • *Your order will ship via UPS or FedEx based on the best shipping method and the destination country.

    • USPS Priority Mail International: 6 - 12 business days(Up to 60 days or longer)
    • USPS First-Class Package International: 7 - 30 days(Up to 75 days or longer)

    Shipment costs

    For all orders that ship outside the United States, the shipping cost for your order, for each method available, will be shown during checkout. However, as explained above, even though you may be able to select a particular method when placing your order, we may not be able to ship your order by the shipping method you selected. If your order cannot ship to your location by the method you selected, we will contact you and advise you what methods, if any, are available and the cost to ship by those methods.

    We reserve the right to change the amount of shipping that will be applied to any international order. If we change the amount of the shipping charge that would apply to your order, we will contact you and request your approval of the shipping charge. If you do not approve the new shipping charge, we will promptly cancel your order and void your payment authorization.


    Duty, taxes, and import fees

    We do not collect duty, taxes or import fees that may be imposed upon receipt. On all international orders delivered outside the United States, the purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged upon receipt.

    Because we do not collect duty, taxes or import fees, you may be charged those expenses at the time your order is ready for delivery in your country.

    We are required to declare the actual value of all international orders on the shipment documents.


    Additional information

    We reserve the right to decline to fulfill any international order. If we elect not to fulfill the order, we will promptly cancel your order and void your payment authorization.
